Delete your Account
You can delete your Bondly account and all associated data directly from within the app at any time.
How to delete your account
Follow these steps inside the Bondly app:
Open the Us tab
Tap the Us section at the bottom of the app.
Go to My Profile
Tap My Profile to open your account settings.
Tap Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom and tap the Delete Account option.
Toggle the confirmation
Toggle the confirmation switch to confirm you want to permanently delete your account.
Re-enter your password
If your account has a password set, enter it to verify your identity and complete the deletion.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, date of birth)
- All relationship history, check-ins, and prompt responses
- Photos and media you have shared inside the app
- Your partner pairing and all shared couple data
- Mood tracking entries and wellness data
- All in-app messages and communication history
Certain data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g., billing records). See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.
Can't access the app?
If you are unable to access your account or the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us directly. We will process your request and confirm deletion via email.
